** Open Option Teams at the 15 and 16 will play in the Boston Volleyball Festival. Transportation to and from the tournament is the responsibility of the player/parents unless otherwise notified. ## 17 Open Travel will not participate in Qualifiers (as of this writing 11-25-2019). Members can check balances and make payments online by going to the "family account" home page. Choose "Edit My Account" from the menu to your left.
Payments online can be made by Check, Master Card or Visa. We have created a "how to" video in our "Screencasts" section (found under the "Other Info" menu)

Payments are due on the following dates
(a deposit of no greater than $200.00 will be due directly after tryouts for all players selected for, and accepting a Travel Team Position)
Deposit Due upon Team Registration (varies by team)
First Payment Due: January 15th
Second Payment Due: February 10th
Final Payment Due (all balances): March 10th
Clarification of levels at each age group:
Club Teams:
Teams will practice twice a week, unless otherwise noted (check with Director or Coach for details), at locations to be announced on the Schedule page.
All teams will be provided uniforms (numbered jersey and spandex)
Entry into all local tournaments is provided. Travel to and from tournaments is the responsibility of the player and their family. No player should drive themselves to or from a tournament.
All U16′s teams will receive a Great Bay Outer Garment to be determined (Hooded Sweatshirts or Jackets for instance).
Open – Option Teams:
Teams will practice at least twice a week at locations to be announced on the schedule page.
All teams will be provided uniforms (numbered jersey and spandex)
Entry into all NERVA, regular season Open tournaments is provided. All Teams must qualify with NERVA to be eligible for the Open Level. Travel to and from regular NERVA tournaments is the responsibility of the player and their family. No player should drive themselves to or from a tournament.
Open – Option teams will be offered the option of traveling to out-of-region Tournaments in or outside of the New England area. The Club will determine the potential of a team to travel and if the team (parents and players) is willing and able to pay for such a tournament the Club will make good faith efforts to enter that team. Costs for such tournaments are additional to the team fee and must be paid in advance of the tournament.
Open-Option teams will receive a Great Bay Outer Garment to be determined (Hooded Sweatshirts or Jackets for instance).
Open – Travel Teams:

All Open-Travel teams will be provided home and away uniforms provided they play in multi-day tournaments (numbered jersey and 1 pair of Black spandex). Open Travel teams will receive a Great Bay Outer Garment to be determined (Hooded Sweatshirts or Jackets for instance).
Entry into all NERVA Open tournaments is provided. All Teams must qualify with NERVA to be eligible for the Open Level. Travel to and from regular NERVA tournaments is the responsibility of the player and their family. No player should drive themselves to or from a tournament.
These teams will enter one Out of Region Tournament for travel. Travel to and from the tournament is not included in the price. Lodging for the players is included however parents are responsible for their own lodging.
Open – Travel teams will be offered the option of traveling to other tournaments in or outside of the New England area. The Club will determine the potential of a team to travel and if the teams (parents and players) are willing and able to pay for such a tournament the Club will make good faith efforts to enter those teams. A list of potential tournaments will be announced on this website and may or may not include LIBA, BAYSTATE, THE GREAT NOR’ EASTER, AAU NATIONALS or the NORTH EAST QUALIFIER (a qualifier for USA Nationals). Costs for such tournaments are additional to the team fee and must be paid in advance of the tournament.?
Training Academy
The Training Academy meets once a week. Recently we have experienced a high demand for the Academy and we are considering expanding opportunities to participate. Please remember that if there is a waiting list for Training Academy, players will be selected in preference of 1, tried out in the current year, 2, previous member of the Training Academy, 3, new members.
