It gives us an opportunity to best plan for tryouts, an idea of how many players we will have at each age group and how many coaches we will need in advance.

(i.e. if you were born in December of 1995 you are eligible for U-14's and older age divisions (you are ineligible for U-13's and younger age divisions)).
